I stay busy, but just busy enough to give every client the exact amount of amazing service. Any agent that tells you they have all these buyers and their doing just great, so busy, watch out! That is great they are doing well, but where do you come in? Do you have to take a ticket, wait for your number? Get a email now and again? That is not the way it should be. You and your realtor should be talking every day or two. You should be able to call them and get right to them, or a call back within 30 minutes. If you have a listing, how hard is it to check in? Amy Bauch Amy is pleased to be a member of the Minnesota Home Team! Dave Kampen - Agent Referral Network Dave has been very active in the Twin Cities real estate market since 2002 specializing in investment, development and residential properties. He knows the Twin Cities market well by listing and selling in most of the market areas over the span of his real estate career.
